30 years ago my mother opened a little shop on Cape Cod and named it Crystal Pineapple. It grew into 3 shops and became widely known for its high quality gifts for tourists and locals alike. The pineapple traditionally symbolizes "welcome" as well as hospitality, friendship, generosity, and other forms of social warmth and graciousness. In keeping with mom’s theme, I was inspired to use the pineapple as my symbol for my shops.
