We will be on vacation and not be processing orders from 12/27 - 1/9. Normally orders of 25 tumblers or less will be processed in 1-3 business days. Order of greater than 25 items may take 1-2 days longer depending on the size of the order. Feel free to contact us with any deadline requests.

Please contact us if you need your order rushed. Please include the date needed and the delivery zip code. Rush orders may be subject to a rush fee. There are also shipping upgrades available at checkout. Please note that shipping upgrades do not change the processing time. How are tumblers personalized?
Answer :
We have 2 different methods of customizing the tumblers. We use a commercial UV printer to customize tumblers with logos and most basic colors. Metallic colors and holographic colors are customized using high quality outdoor sign vinyl. The vinyl is made to withstand the elements and is the same vinyl used on cars and boats.

The printed tumblers are more durable. We have found many customers also like the look of popular metallic and holographic colors which are not possible to print. For this reason, we offer foil and vinyl application as well.
